= EVENT SPECIAL NOTES=
1) Player Workshop Format:
This year we are scheduling a 1 hour block of time for player contracts. Going into 2024, we are moving to a new format where all players must attend an in-person Player Contract class and then they can do online "refreshers" each year after that. This workshop will be the kick-off for this new system. We have 2 scheduled "Blocks" of time for workshop stuff. We are finalizing the schedule and will post it soon, but this will feature some classes, Lore Q&A, open-social, interest focused discussions, etc.
Your selections on the Pre-Reg form will also help us finalize some of the content we focus on at the workshop.
2) Masks Optional (Unless required due to Symptoms)
As per our August 2023 Covid-19 Guideline updates, players are not required to mask as long as they have their vaccination status on record. Players are welcome to bring and wear masks while indoors if they so choose but it will not be required. For full Covid-19 guidelines, see above in the Safety section.
3) No Garb or Decorum Requirements
This is an out-of-game workshop and the focus is players, socializing, and teaching skills and sharing knowledge. Players are not required to be in garb or decorum anything, but players may feel free to dress up in garb if they would like!
